Your event is run exactly how you want it and to make sure every detail is covered our DJ will phone you prior to your event to discuss every aspect of the night from the entrance of your guests to the announcing of the buffet.  To help we have provided some timings that usually run well for functions.

 

 

Suggested timings for a hotel/function disco are,

 

 

6:30pm - DJ arrives to setup equipment

7:30pm - DJ available to play background music as guests arrive/over a sit down meal if applicable

8:45pm - If it is a wedding the DJ will announce the cutting of the cake

8:50pm - Again, if it is a wedding the DJ will announce 1st dance followed by any additional slow dances for guests to join in

9:00pm-9:45pm - buffet is usually served

9:45pm-12:50am - Disco commences and plays all your favourite songs and requests made by you and your guests

12:50am-1:00am - DJ finishes off with some slow songs (if required) and plays the guests out

 

 

Remember, all our DJs have full public liability insurance and PAT tested equipment
